SLP's collaborative process begins with management and board member input and culminates in key recommendations and a detailed action plan. Integral to this process are follow up sessions to make any necessary adjustments to the action plan and ensure accountability. Strategic Leverage Partners also offers on-going coaching for board chairs.

A significant by-product of this process is greater board member engagement and accountability.
